San Lorenzo Bikinis Return Policy

•Purchases made at www.sanlorenzohawaii.com are eligible for online store credit and exchanges only, no refunds

•Online merchandise may not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail stores. Similarly, merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned or exchanged online. 

•Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

•Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original order date. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order.

•Some items, marked “FINAL SALE” in the product description, are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. This includes all items in our “SALE” sections.


 How to Return Your Item(s)

  1. Log in to your account at www.sanlorenzohawaii.com
  2. Navigate to your completed orders and click “Return Item(s)”. Next, select “online store credit" or “exchange”.
  3. If you select “online store credit”, the cost of the merchandise will be credited to your customer account as soon as your merchandise has passed inspection.
  4. If you select “exchange”, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your new merchandise. Additionally, if there is a difference in the price of the merchandise you are exchanging, you will be responsible for that cost as well. Please contact us to place items on hold. Please be sure to complete our return form (automatically sent to you via email) with your billing information and send along with your merchandise for exchange.


Frequently Asked Questions 

How long do returns take to process?

Returns may take up to 30 days to process. Exchanges will be mailed via USPS and online credit codes will be sent via email. You will be notified via email once your returned merchandise has been processed. Please contact us if you are curious about the status of your return. 

I live near the return processing department or a San Lorenzo Bikinis store, can I drop off the package in person?

No, for security purposes all packages must be sent through the mail.

Do you provide a pre-paid shipping label for my return?

No. All customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their returns. You may use any courier you choose but we recommend traceable mail as we are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

I see the item I want to exchange for on your site, should I order it now and you can refund me for the returned merchandise later?

No, we do not process refunds for any reason. Please contact us and we will hold the item until your return arrives.

I’m making an exchange but need my new items ASAP, can you ship those before I send back my return?

No, returned merchandise must be processed prior to shipping new merchandise. 

I’m making an exchange and my new item is on sale right now, do I get the sale price?

No. The only applicable promotions would be the ones available at the time of your original purchase.

Can I use my online credit in one of your stores?

Yes and no. Online credits may not be redeemed in store. However, you may purchase a retail store gift card at www.sanlorenzohawaii.com with your online credit.

I think the merchandise I ordered may be defective, what should I do?

All product defects should be reported to our customer service team within 10 days of delivery. A photo of the defective merchandise should be emailed to info@sanlorenzohawaii.com. The photo will then be reviewed and you will be contacted via email regarding the defective merchandise.

I can’t find the answers to my questions regarding my return, what should I do?
