Refund policy

$30 BIKINIS SALE

We will not be accepting returns for any swimwear $30 or less. Those items are not eligible for a refund. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

There will be no exceptions to this policy. If our team receives an item that’s not eligible for a return, the customer will bear the shipping costs to have their item sent back to them.

Out of Stock Items

Inventory errors do happen but, we want to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible to better serve you. In the case that the item(s) you have ordered is currently out of stock, San Lorenzo Bikinis holds the right to ship the order without the missing item(s) and provide the customer account with an online store credit. 

 

Exchanges

San Lorenzo Bikinis Online does not process exchanges. Instead, customers can return* their items in exchange for online store credit. This credit can be used for an online store only and it has no expiration date.

 *Please refer to our return policy to make sure your item meets the requirements.

Returns

For all eligible returns, customers will be awarded an E-Gift Card. Please note that we do not process refunds for any reason.

All returns must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused;
• Items must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains;
• Items must have all original tags and accessories attached;
• The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary purposes. Do not remove the protective slip;
• The package must be postmarked within (30) days of the delivery date.

Please note:

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable;
• We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns;
• Online merchandise cannot be returned at any of our retail stores. Merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned online;.
• In-person returns to our online fulfillment center will not be accepted;
• Returns are processed within (5-7) business days;
• You will be notified via email once your return has been processed;
• If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
