Returns

*Due to high volume, our Returns Team is experiencing slight delays. During this time, we do ask that you expect all eligible returns/exchanges to be processed within (10-15) business days from the date received at our facility. Mahalo. 

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer E-Gift Cards for items when applicable:

Please be reminded that San Lorenzo Bikinis does not process refunds for any reason. 

In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the following requirements:

  • The item is returned in its original condition and unworn with all the tags still attached and hygiene liner in place.
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including but not limited to: make up, deodorant, etc)
  • The item is returned to us within 30 days from the order delivery date. If your items are returned later than 30 days, your return will not be accepted and returned to the sender.

* If your item(s) do not meet the provided requirements, they will be returned back to you after you bear the shipping expenses.

DURING LARGE SALE EVENTS (Blow Out Sale, Black Friday- Cyber Monday, Happy Hour)

  • We will not be accepting returns for any swimwear $30 or less. 
  • There are no refunds for these items.

Exchanges

San Lorenzo Bikinis Online does not process exchanges. Instead, customers can return* their items in exchange for online store credit. This credit can be used for an online store only and it has no expiration date.

Store Credit

San Lorenzo Bikinis is happy to offer store credit for the value of your returned item. Once we approve your items & receive the item, you will be issued store credit digitally via email. San Lorenzo Bikinis store credit will never expire. This store credit can be used to make the purchase of your returned item. Store credit does not include the shipping cost or tax.

$5.00 will be deducted from your store credit for the return label fee.

Exemptions:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include but are not limited to:

  • Items purchased on sale for $30.00 or less
  • Items purchased with a discount that is 20% off or more
  • Items marked final sale
  • Gift cards

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned for STORE CREDIT. Promotional sale items or items discounted by more than 20% do not qualify for return. We are unable to provide price adjustments for any items. 

 

Returns

 San Lorenzo Bikinis will not be accepting returns for any swimwear $30 or less. There will be no refunds for these items. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

For all eligible returns, customers will be awarded an E Gift-Card. Please note that we do not process refunds for any reason.

All returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
  • Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached.
  • The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary purposes. Do not remove the protective slip.
  • The package must be postmarked within (30) days of the delivery date.

 

Items bought online cannot be returned at any of our retail stores and vice versa. Returns must be submitted through our online store.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns.
  • Online merchandise cannot be returned at any of our retail stores. Merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned online.
  • In person returns to our online fulfillment center will not be accepted.
  • Returns are processed within (10-15) business days.
  • Customers need to request to return the item(s) via their customer profile.
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been approved.
  • $5 USD flat rate will be applied for return shipping.
  • If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

*If your item(s) do not meet the provided requirements, they will be returned back to you. You will receive an email indicating the new tracking # and denial of return.

    In case an ineligible item arrives to our facility, it will be customer's responsibility to provide us with the shipping label so we could send their ineligible products back to them.

    Customers will be charged $5.00 for return shipping. They are responsible for covering shipping costs to return except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

     

    Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

    San Lorenzo Bikinis reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
