Shipping policy

Verification & Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your provided information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be declined. This may require you to contact us and/or your bank directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the city, state, and zip code are all correct. If according to the delivery service’s records this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

 

Shipping Terms and Conditions

-We ship Monday through Friday, 9 am to 2:00 pm HST

*Orders are not shipped on week-ends or holidays.

  • Shipments may be delayed up to 15 business days following large sales or promotions.
  •  If cancellation is needed, please email our customer service representatives at info@sanlorenzohawaii.com. We are not able to cancel or change your order if we do not receive your request before shipping confirmation. Please note - all cancellations result in providing the customer account with an E-Gift Card
  • SAN LORENZO BIKINIS HAWAII IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED "DELIVERED" BY USPS THROUGH TRACKING. If you do realize that your package has been marked as "delivered", we highly recommend contacting your local post office for further information in regards to the package's whereabouts. San Lorenzo Bikinis is not liable for refunding or replacing the lost/stolen package.

 

Lost Package

If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not San Lorenzo Bikinis, to contact the local postal service to follow up on the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, San Lorenzo Bikinis is not liable to refund or resend your order. In order to avoid any problems with lost or damages packaged caused by third party carriers, we strongly encourage our clients to opt for Priority Shipping as it offers package insurance.

San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return it to the sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements. Please contact your customer service representative if you have any questions.

 

International Shipments:

WE CANNOT CHANGE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT ON THE CUSTOMS FORM FOR TAX PURPOSES.

Please be aware that once a package leaves the US, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination. As a customer, if you feel that your local postal system is not reliable, please choose DHL Express Shipping as this includes door-to-door tracking. We will not be responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during the shipment process that does not have tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or any damage to these items. For international shipments, please allow up to 45 days for delivery. However, the average delivery time is between 6-21 days. Some foreign postal systems are faster than others, but we cannot guarantee an arrival date. If you absolutely need your package by a certain date, please choose the option of DHL Express Shipping. It is the only shipping option that guarantees a specific delivery date.

 

*NOTE FOR FRENCH POLYNESIA CUSTOMERS* IT CAN TAKE UP TO 3-4 MONTHS TO GET YOUR PACKAGE. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, PACKAGES ARE BEING DELAYED.

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii is not responsible for these additional costs. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.

When finalizing your purchase, please be sure to select your preferred method of shipping. If you need your package by a certain date, please choose the best shipping method.

Payment Options

We accept payment through Visa, Master card, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. We encourage all customers to use PayPal as they offer the best protection against credit card fraud.

 

Gift Cards

Our E-Gift Cards are strictly for the use of online purchases. Gift cards purchased online may not be used at any of our retail locations. 

 

Price Adjustments

From time to time, we do offer various discounts through sales/promotions. Once a transaction has been processed, the customer agrees to pay the said price of the order. 

Unfortunately, San Lorenzo Bikinis does not adjust the price of orders that were not placed during the given promotional period.
