Under no circumstances shall San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii be liable for any direct or indirect losses and/or damages in connection with the use of or inability to use this website. Payment Options

We accept payment through Visa, Master card, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. We encourage all customers to use PayPal as they offer the best protection against credit card fraud.

 

Gift Cards

Our E-Gift Cards are strictly for the use of online purchases. Gift cards purchased online may not be used at any of our retail locations. 

 

Refunds

San Lorenzo Bikinis do not process refunds for any reason. Upon verification, your order may be eligible for E-Gift Card.

 

Price Adjustments

From time to time, we do offer various discounts through sales/promotions. Once a transaction has been processed, the customer agrees to pay the said price of the order. 

Unfortunately, San Lorenzo Bikinis does not adjust the price of orders that were not placed during the given promotional period.

LARGE SALE EVENTS (Blow Out Sale, Black Friday- Cyber Monday, Happy Hour)

We will not accept returns for swimwear $30 or less. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

 

Out of Stock Items

Inventory errors do happen but, we want to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible to better serve you. In the case that the item(s) you have ordered is currently out of stock, San Lorenzo Bikinis holds the right to ship the order without the missing item(s) and provide the customer account with an online store credit. 

 

Exchanges

San Lorenzo Bikinis Online does not process exchanges. Instead, customers can return* their items in exchange for an E-Gift card. This credit can be used for an online store only and it has no expiration date.

Returns

San Lorenzo Bikinis will not be accepting returns for any swimwear $30 or less. There will be no refunds for these items. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

For all eligible returns, customers will be awarded an E Gift-Card. Please note that we do not process refunds for any reason.

All returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
  • Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached.
  • The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary purposes. Do not remove the protective slip.
  • The package must be postmarked within (30) days of the delivery date.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns.
  • Online merchandise cannot be returned at any of our retail stores. Merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned online.
  • In person returns to our online fulfillment center will not be accepted.
  • Returns are processed within (10-15) business days.
  • Customers need to request to return the item(s) via their customer profile.
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been approved.
  • $5 USD flat rate will be applied for return shipping. (U.S. Customers)
  • If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - All international customers are responsible to ship their items back to our facility. Before submitting your bikinis for return, please contact us at info@sanlorenzohawaii.com to make sure your items are eligible. 

In case we receive garments that do not qualify for a return, it is customer's responsibility to provide us a shipping label which we would use to send their items back to them.

Authenticity & Warranty

San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within the first 30 days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us at info@sanlorenzohawaii.com with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately before returning the package to ensure your claim is properly processed.

Bikinis that contain prints/patterns: Your bikini may not exactly replicate the one pictured. The placement of the patterns may vary due to fabric cut. Each single bikini is unique, made with love for you!

By placing an order on www.sanlorenzohawaii.com the customer accepts all terms of this Return policy.

 

Verification & Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your provided information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be declined. This may require you to contact us and/or your bank directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the city, state, and zip code are all correct. If according to the delivery service’s records this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

 

Shipping Terms and Conditions

We ship Monday through Friday, 10 am to 2:00 pm HST

*Orders are not shipped on closed days or holidays (our fulfillment center is closed on week-ends.)

Shipments may be delayed up to 15 business days following large sales or promotions.

If cancellation is needed, please email our customer service representatives at 808-729-5290 or by email at info@sanlorenzohawaii.com. We are not able to cancel or change your order if we do not receive your request before shipping confirmation. Please note - all cancellations result in providing the customer account with an E-Gift Card

SAN LORENZO BIKINIS HAWAII IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED "DELIVERED" BY USPS THROUGH TRACKING. If you do realize that your package has been marked as "delivered", we highly recommend contacting your local post office for further information in regards to the package's whereabouts. San Lorenzo Bikinis is not liable for refunding or replacing the lost/stolen package.

 

Lost Package

If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not San Lorenzo Bikinis, to contact the local postal service to follow up the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, San Lorenzo Bikinis is not liable to refund or resend your order. 

 

International Shipments:

WE CANNOT CHANGE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT ON THE CUSTOMS FORM FOR TAX PURPOSES.

Please be aware that once a package leaves the US, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination. As the customer, if you feel that your Local postal system is not reliable, please choose DHL Express Shipping as this includes door to door tracking. We will not be responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during the shipment process that does not have tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or any damage of these items. For international shipments, please allow up to 3-4 months for delivery, however the average delivery time is between 1-2 months. Some foreign postal systems are faster than others, but we cannot guarantee an arrival date. If you absolutely need your package by a certain date, please choose the option of DHL Express Shipping. It is the only shipping option that guarantees a specific delivery date.

 

 

 

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii is not responsible for these additional costs. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.

When finalizing your purchase, please be sure to select your preferred method of shipping. If you need your package by a certain date, please choose the best shipping method.
